Ingredients: (use organic ingredients if possible)
2 Cups of Filtered Water (for boiling)
5 Cups of Filtered Water (to add to jar with the rest of the ingredients)
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Bunch of Red Beets (about 4 medium size bulbs)
Directions:

Clean and pill the beets

Place the four beets in a medium pot with 2 cups of filtered water and bring to boil.

Once the water has boiled, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove the beets, place them in a glass jar and use them for another beet recipe.

Allow the water to completely cool.

Once cooled add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and water.

Refrigerate for about an hour.

Once cold, serve and enjoy!
