
Ingredients: (use organic ingredients if possible)
2 Cups of Filtered Water (for boiling)
5 Cups of Cold Filtered Water (to add to jar with the rest of the ingredients)
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
Celery (about 5-6 stocks with as much of the leaf as possible)
Directions:

Thoroughly clean the celery stocks and cut in half.

Place the celery in a medium pot with 2 cups of filtered water and bring to boil.

Once the water has boiled, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove the celery and allow the water to completely cool.

Once cooled add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and filtered cold water.

Refrigerate for about an hour.

Once cold, serve and enjoy!
