Ingredients: (use organic ingredients if possible)

2 Cups of Filtered Water (for boiling)
5 Cups of Cold Filtered Water (to add to jar with the rest of the ingredients)
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
Celery (about 5-6 stocks with as much of the leaf as possible)

 

Directions:

  • Thoroughly clean the celery stocks and cut in half.

  • Place the celery in a medium pot with 2 cups of filtered water and bring to boil.

  • Once the water has boiled, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

  • Remove the celery and allow the water to completely cool.

  • Once cooled add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and filtered cold water.

  • Refrigerate for about an hour.

  • Once cold, serve and enjoy!
