DELICIOUS FLOURLESS COOKIES
When it comes to my health & weight, I know that staying away from carbohydrates works best for me. This might be true for you as well.
One evening, I really wanted to eat something delicious and tasty. I know the importance of not driving yourself crazy with restrictions but we can’t just do away with our goals. So, I improvised and made flourless, low sugar, high protein, high fiber cookies. Wallah, a healthy treat…woo-hoo!!!
Here is the best part, you can take this recipe and customize it and make it to your liking while maintaining its healthy integrity.
This recipe makes about 10 to 12 cookies
As you customize your cookie, think about substituting ingredients so that you don't add too much of any one thing. For example, if you use dark chocolate, lessen how much sugar is added and remove the banana.
