Ingredients:
9 Eggs for a 9" pan (6 eggs for a 6" pan)
3 Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green)
2 Red Onions
1 Tomatoes
½ lbs Lean Ground Turkey or Chicken
¼ Cup of Milk
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Oregano
Basil
Thyme
Turmeric
Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of Capers
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 385 degrees.

Beat the nine eggs together and season them with garlic salt, basil, oregano, and add the milk.

Lightly coat a round 9” pyrex with olive oil and pour in the egg mix.

Season the ground turkey with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, and turmeric. Finley dice ½ a bell pepper, ½ an onion, and a tomato and mix it into the turkey. Cook the turkey with olive oil, once done add the capers and allow cooking for 2 more minutes.

In another pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté 1½ onions and 2½ bell peppers.

Pour and spread the ground turkey inside the egg mix and then add the sautéed onions and bell peppers on top.

Spread parmesan cheese on top of the egg - this is optional (it adds a nice crisp top)

Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes. Pierce the quiche with the tip of a knife to check that the inside is thoroughly cooked. If the knife has egg on it allow it to cook a little while longer.
