I found this in Joe Rogan’s FB podcast, it demonstrates the pros and cons of drinking coffee & I wanted to share it with you. There are obvious benefits to drinking coffee but like all things too much of a good thing can be bad. Personally, I love coffee…Colombian coffee. But I don’t drink it everyday nor do I make it super strong. I drink coffee as a treat and for the taste not to keep me awake or energized. If you are a person that has grown accustomed to drinking coffee everyday than you should know that there are studies that say coffee can deplete the body of vitamin B & D. Therefore, make sure to replenish your body. Cheers!
