My Personal Trainer and I

I want my body composition to be on point. My personal trainer has strategized on how I should approach my health goals on the fitness aspect to maximize my efforts. And OMG he has me working-out like 3 to 4 times a day!  Endurance, cardio, power…we are doing it all. And every day I am learning new ways to push my body to the next level. I never thought I could maintain this level of physical activity but I have been…my body is already adapting. I can’t wait to see the results!
