  • Based on his blood work David has proficiently improved his blood sugar levels and overall health.

  • He continues to slowly make small lifestyle changes to help him gain control over his food choices.

  • Through his hard work he has cumulatively lost 2” off of his waist, hips and belly.

  • He has improved his endurance, overall performance and feels stronger every time he goes snowboarding.
