GOAL: Lose weight, improve BMI, overall toning.
  • Maria has dedicated herself to training and eating the right diet plan.

  • Maria utilized the Premium Fitness Package. Three days out of the week we focused on building muscles mass, increasing core stability, improving endurance and gaining strength. Maria is committed to her fitness and trained additional days on her own by focusing on cardio. Occasionally, Maria would also join the group class on the weekends and challenged herself every chance she got.

  • She lost 12lbs and decreased her BMI by 2%.

  • Accumulatively, she has lost over 10 inches off of her waist, hips and belly.

  • In addition, she has lost 1” off of her arms and 1.45” off of her legs.

  • Prior to Maria’s training, her doctor suggested knee surgery to repair the left meniscus. Opposed to surgery, Maria decided to pursue physical therapy and training to solve this issue. After the first 2 months of training, Maria’s knee pain subsided.
