  • She is discipline and diligent with her diet choices. She knows what works and what doesn’t work for her body and is committed to eating right.

  • Toni has learned how to work out while maintaining proper form during exercises.

  • She follows the fitness program created for her and is diligent about getting to the gym.

  • Through her hard work she has lost 14lbs, 4.25” off of her hips, and 7” off of her stomach.
