Ingredients:

 

1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Medium Banana
1 Scoop of Vanilla TLS Shake
1 Tbsp of Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Fresh Baby Spinach

 

 

Directions:

 

  • Add the almond milk, banana, vanilla TLS shake, peanut butter, and spinach into a blender or NutriBullet cup.

  • Blend the contents together until the shake is smooth.

  • Serve and Enjoy!
