2 Cups Quinoa
4 Cups Filtered Water
1 Chicken Bouillon
1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Sea Salt (optional - to taste)
2 Tbsp. Organic Unsalted Butter
In a medium pot add the quinoa, water, chicken bouillon, and crushed red pepper. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.
Once the water has boiled lower heat to low, add the butter, cover pot again and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Once you see the majority of the water has evaporated uncover the pot, stir the quinoa and allow the remaining water to continue evaporating.
Once all the water has evaporated, take the pot of the eye, cover the pot and allow quinoa to settle for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
