2 Cups Quinoa
4 Cups Filtered Water

1 Chicken Bouillon
1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Sea Salt (optional - to taste)
2 Tbsp. Organic Unsalted Butter


  • In a medium pot add the quinoa, water, chicken bouillon, and crushed red pepper. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.

  • Once the water has boiled lower heat to low, add the butter, cover pot again and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.

  • Once you see the majority of the water has evaporated uncover the pot, stir the quinoa and allow the remaining water to continue evaporating.

  • Once all the water has evaporated, take the pot of the eye, cover the pot and allow quinoa to settle for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
