Service Description

The assessment was created to help gauge an individual’s fitness level. This assessment also serves as a guide for the fitness professional to create a custom program design based on the needs of the client. The assessment consists of the following: A physical activity readiness questionnaire General and medical questionnaire Physiological assessment Circumference measurements Metabolically challenged questionnaire Fitness assessment Pictures Once the assessment is completed a recomendations will be provided based on the information collected. At this point you can choose to invest in a fitness package and/or a nutritional package and the health assessment fee will be applied to the package of your choice.
