Ingredients:
12 oz. 100% Beef Kielbasa
1 Large Orange Bell Pepper
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Large Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Large Red Onion
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
A Pinch Ground Pepper (optional – to taste)
A Pinch Sea Salt (optional – to taste)
Directions:

In a medium-size bowl cut the kielbasa and mix in the olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl cut both onions – elongated (Julienne style).

In a large bowl cut all the bell peppers – elongated. Wash, drain and set aside.

Preheat a large pan - medium to high heat.

Once the pan is hot enough add the kielbasa and cook them until they are slightly golden brown.

Lower heat to medium and add the onions to the pan. Stir well and sauté the onions.

Once the onions have a light golden look add in all the bell peppers. Mix well, the peppers should be cooked for about 3 to 5 minutes. They should be hot but crunchy when done.
