The Benefits of Lemon

As a coach, my clients often hear me say “drink a lot of hot water with lemon”.

Why do I emphasize this so much?

I want to get each and every one of my clients off to get a good start towards optimum health. And lemon has many wonderful benefits that will help along that journey. Therefore, this is one of the first behavioral changes my clients undertake.

If you are feeling bloated, tired, you have mucus buildup (especially in the morning), your skin is not clear, your sluggish and are constantly experiencing some type of illness; your body’s acidity level is most likely too high. This is known as acidosis, the term given to excess acid in the body. Unfortunately, this is very common and connected to a long list of health issues, such as:

Degenerative diseases

Random aches and pains

Fatigue

Nausea

Poorly functioning immune system

Osteoporosis

Digestive disorders

Heart disease

Cancer

Diabetes

And so much more…

Correcting the acidic levels in your body is beneficial and vital to your health. We will assume this task step by step through proper nutrition, with the first step being the introduction of drinking hot water and lemon first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
